A. Unfortunately, our community doesn’t allow pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q. What Ward is 4000 Massachusetts located in?
A. We’re currently located in Ward 3 in Cathedral Heights.
Q. When can I use the onsite swimming pool?
A. Once the pool is officially open for the summer, the hours are as follows:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday – Friday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 7:00pm

Q. What is the parking situation for residents?
A. There are a few options for parking – We offer assigned parking for residents, which is $95 for each lot space or $120 for each garage space. All spaces are assigned and reserved. Additionally, there is off-site street parking available.
Q. Are there any application fees?
A. Yes, there is a one-time Application Fee of $95 and an Admin Fee of $300.

Q. Do you accept vouchers?
A. Yes, we gladly accept vouchers. We will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.

A. Yes! You will enjoy exclusive shopping at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Cartier, Tiffany & Company, and more!
Q. Is there an onsite doorman?
A. Yes! A 24-hour concierge desk accompanies an onsite uniformed doorman.
Q. How do I pay rent?
A. For the convenience of our residents, we offer online rent payment through our resident portal.
